Senior Solutions of Wisconsin LLC provides two primary services to families in western Wisconsin:

• Age Safe® Certified Home Safety Assessments: Professional in-home evaluations identifying fall hazards, accessibility barriers, and recommended modifications to help seniors age safely at home.
• Free Senior Living Placement Services: Honest, unbiased guidance to help families identify and evaluate senior living communities throughout western Wisconsin. This service is provided at no cost to families; we may receive a referral fee from communities upon placement.

Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health or safety.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of the Site

4. Bookings and Appointments

When you submit a booking or appointment request through the Site, you are requesting a consultation or assessment. We will confirm availability and contact you to finalize scheduling. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by us.

Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to serve other families in need.

Payments: Where applicable, payments for services are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at [email protected].

5. Placement Services Disclosure

Our senior living placement service is provided at no direct cost to families. We may receive a referral fee or commission from senior living communities when a placement is made. This does not affect the objectivity of our guidance — we are committed to recommending communities that genuinely fit your loved one's needs, budget, and preferences.

We do not guarantee placement in any specific community, and availability is subject to change. Final decisions regarding senior living arrangements rest solely with the family and the chosen community.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Senior Solutions of Wisconsin LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the Age Safe America directory, LinkedIn, and Stripe. These links are provided for your convenience only. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Senior Solutions of Wisconsin LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Privacy
